Reimagining Office Spaces

Whispir Singapore’s interior design aimed to redefine conventional office settings while preserving functionality. Incorporating simple shapes, complementing colors, lighting, and furniture, each area boasts a unique identity to set the office mood. Workstations maintain brightness and openness to foster productivity and collaboration, while meeting rooms blend formality with creativity through polka-dotted walls. Common areas like the pantry and waiting areas offer homely comfort, contrasting with traditional office environments yet seamlessly integrated into the overall design in Whispir Singapore.

The project design revealed a concern with high exposed ceilings causing echoes in the office. To address this, soft furnishings like carpet and wallpaper were employed to mitigate sound levels. Enclosed rooms like director rooms and phone booths were outfitted with lower closed ceilings rather than open ones, minimizing reverberation and enhancing acoustics for improved workspace comfort.
