Premium Workplace Transformation

From the project’s inception, Golden Agri Group expressed a clear vision of creating a luxurious experience for both clients and office visitors. Consequently, the central design concept for Golden Agri revolves around crafting a timeless and high-quality workspace distinguished by floor-to-ceiling glass panels that enclose the meeting and boardrooms. The strategic use of single-glazed partitions not only ensures a high STC (Sound Transmission Class) level but also bathes these areas in natural light.

Our design plan for Golden Stena Weco centers on a classic, sleek scheme, resulting in an office adorned with exposed concrete walls, extensive wooden flooring, and dark-colored finishes. To enhance functionality, we opted for an open-concept office layout, facilitating easy and uninhibited interaction and collaboration among staff for Agri Group.
