The design in Bank Negara Indonesia aimed to elevate without appearing overly extravagant, considering existing clientele. Client-facing areas like conference rooms prioritize a hospitable ambiance, while back-office spaces optimize workspace and natural light. The layout encourages interaction and collaboration among colleagues, aligning with Bank Negara Indonesia’s vision for a modern, functional workspace that enhances productivity and fosters a positive work environment.

Overall, the new and improved office space in Bank Negara Indonesia emanates a more genial atmosphere in comparison to a more retail-like impression found in the previous office. The project was well-received by the management team BNI’s headquarters, who intend to integrate the same design approach posited by OSCA Asia into their upcoming branches in the Asia Pacific.
